Resolute Kingdoms
The Resolute Kingdoms are the major Human settlements in Leurut, and the name given to the central region of the continent as a whole. It is the largest Realm by size, and has a generally temperate climate and fertile soils. Predominantly home to Humans and Dwarves, it has undergone a great period of constant state fighting, absorption, and splitting apart. No map contains every disparate Resolute, and lists of which are the most important are rarely consistent between origins.
The majority of Resolute Kingdoms claim descendance from Resotania, and their push for Human expansion two thousand years ago. The most defining event to shake the foundation of this medieval system was the Arcaniconflict and later establishment of the Arcanigreement, an event 450 years ago that almost destroyed the land itself through uncontrolled spellcasting. More recently, the Empire of Akselmarch has emerged from the March Mountains, posing an existential threat to the Resolutes as it consumes all in its path.
