The favoured creation of the Twelve Gods are Humans, the most populous sentient species in all of Leurut. They are attuned to no deity in particular, and instead represent their latest attempts to create sentient creatures to carry out Ahm's will. They are highly attuned to both the arcane and the divine — but instead of excelling in all aspects, they were cursed by Azun with short lifespans, driving them to ambition and sin.

Since the Second Age, Humans have largely lived in either the Resolute Kingdoms or Ubarikahdri.
