Light's Heart is the great mountain at the centre of Leurut, reaching thousands of metres into the sky. At midday, every day, the Sun is positioned directly above it, and in many parts of the world its very presence can delay sunrise or sunset by preventing direct viewing. It is Leurut's single largest geographical feature.

Though not discernible from afar, the mountain is actually three great slabs of rock perfectly balance against each other. Roads have historically travelled through it, and the Temple of the Golden King, the headquarters of Light's Army, is at the centre.

The section of the realm to the North of Light's Heart, often called the Evening World, is dominated by Resotania and Akselmarch, while the area to the South, the Morning World, is much more localised in its conflicts.
