Mōra Kazen-ten, usually translated as Moira Mud-shovel, is a Dwarven resident of Taronsawk. She lives apart from the rest of the town, and maintains her own farm and garden. She is vague on how long she has been a resident of Taronsawk, and claims to be descended from the Dwarven Pioneers. The other residents of the town treat her with a watered-down suspicion, while Thaurivald Mithrilmirth considers her far too modern and “metropolitan” - including her insistence on shaving her facial hair.

She is intensely protective of the town's heritage - when Kenen Cartwright caused a fire that destroyed some of the original Dwarven foundations, it was out of respect for Moira that Brenot Oltsmith abandoned him. Before the Battle of Darkfire, she refused to fight within the town's bounds.

When Rioux Van-Ennox was killed during the Battle of Darkfire, Moira used a diamond and a hidden Angel Door to somehow resurrect them.
