Companions
The Companions are a pantheon of Elven gods, and along with the Twelve Gods and the The Exiles, are one of the chief pantheons of Leurut, and potentially one of the more potent deities outside of the continent.
Due to their nature, they are chiefly worshipped by the Elves, along with any cultures with significant contact with them. Many settlements of all species that exist in concordance with a nearby Shelter or other Elven habitat will venerate the Companions, and even Resotania has a temple for them within its city. Despite being seen by many as a somewhat lesser pantheon, they still command objective importance, answer prayers and influence lives.
Most of the figures in the pantheon - known as Corels, or Masks - were once historical figures elevated or deified to the importance of any other deity, usually posthumously. The exact mechanism of this is largely unknown, and most of those who care firmly believe that any examination of it is off-limits. Don't question how a Queen a hundred years past is now a god, just be thankful that they are, and take appropriate lessons from the “why” of the matter.
Worship is at least partly ritual, but mostly demonstrative. Do not ask a Corel for what you require, but live like them in order to seize it.

There are two others that are tenuously part of the same pantheon. The first is Corellon, a once-deity who many believe to be to the Corels as the Corels are to their Elven followers. The second, only spoken of in hushed tones, is Corel Libaro, who fought against Ahm and was banished beneath the ground along with her followers, who now takes on the name Lolth.
