Azun

Azun is the Exile of Lawful Evil and malice, and the primary antagonist of the Writ and enemy of Ahm. He is imprisoned within the Nine Hells by the devil Asmodeus, the prison he is also forced to be the warden of. His curses and plots have levelled kingdoms and ruined countries.

The origins of Azun and the hells are entirely unknown. Some stories hold him to be an exiled “thirteenth” god, while others paint him as only arriving at Leurut centuries later. It is thanks to his machinations that Tieflings exist, and that Humans never reach the heights or long lives of Dwarves or Elves.

He is usually painted as being consumed with spite, and speaking in slow and tempting pontifications. However, he is deliberate in his actions, and constantly bides his time.
