Talos Silverbow is the presumed leader of the Bards of Reidathal, and purportedly the elf who created or imbued their instruments. She has only ever been seen sparingly, even by the bards themselves, and was only met briefly by the O.P.E.R.A..

According to Yadan-ra, the criminal Martha Heirinfall committed her crimes to attempt to unwind Talos's schemes in revenge for the death of her loved ones.

Millenia ago, she constructed the Shadowless seal on the Wave Echo Vault, which required sacrifice to maintain. She was convinced to dismantle it after her arrest by the Iris Order, but, unbeknownst to the party, was killed by Pedro Karfski / ????? when he took the contents of the Vault for his own use.
