Bahamut, the Star Dragon, is a member of the Golden Pantheon, and was one of the Twelve Gods. Myth differs on whether or not he was created by Ahm or led to Kona from elsewhere, but all agree that he was charged with defending the nascent world from threats stemming from beyond the stars before the arrival of the other deities.

Humble yet determined, Bahamut provides guidance for the other gods, and ensures they do not stray from their duties. Followers of Bahamut tend to believe the universe and all its inhabitants tend towards good, and are willing to fight to protect it from the evil that lurks in the unfathomable shadows.

Ever since the destruction wrought by his creation of Tiamat, Bahamut has preferred to lead through example and inspiration instead of direct intervention. He is also the patron of Metallic Dragons, who also tend to Lawful Good as a result.
