Kasan Kagane

“Merely a platinum. Consider it… your allowance.”

Kasan Kagane is the Chancellor of the Kingdom of Inaze, who encountered the O.P.E.R.A. in Rarte-heim. He attempted to use their connections to gain an audience with Elder Qelline Alderleaf, attempting to avoid the oncoming billet of three thousand soldiers from the Kingdom of Inaze.

He claims to be from the Dunes of Ubarikahdri, and was clearly marked as an enemy by Anma Inaze's elemental companion. He later elaborated, saying that he was exiled to the Dunes by his Esen.

When the Archbishop summoned Resotania's subordinate kingdoms to deal with the Flamewing Threat, Chancellor Kagane accompanied Inaze and Dragonfall, using his connections to stay at the Dayblade Estate.
