 According to [[Yadan-ra]], the criminal [[Martha Heirinfall]] committed her crimes to attempt to unwind Talos's schemes in revenge for the death of her loved ones.
 Millenia ago, she constructed the [[Shadowless]] seal on the [[Wave Echo Vault]], which required sacrifice to maintain. She was convinced to dismantle it after her arrest by the [[Iris Order]], but, unbeknownst to the party, was killed by [[Pedro Karfski]] when he took the contents of the Vault for his own use.
