**Rarte-heim** is a predominantly [[Dwarven]] town that is part of [[Brightwood]]. It is unsually far East, near the shore of [[Echo's Eye]] Lake. It contains a small theatre, and is largely run by [[Elder Qelline Alderleaf]].
