Tropical and sunny, with a reputation for free life and free trade, their unfortunate physical geography has pushed them ever onwards in expanding their naval influence - frequently putting them into conflict with the [[Essea Orcs]] and [[Port Green]]. While the majority of the population works under back-breaking and poor conditions in a city rapidly favouring the wealthy, the twenty-one noble families live decadent lives free from the burdens of subsistence and survival. The current Monarch is [[King Ecclesio Morante V]], King of the Waves.
