====== Leurut ======

**Leurut** is the largest and most diverse continent on [[Kona]], and is considered to be the gods' favoured realm. It is a region of varied climates and terrain with dozens of species carving out significant holdings across the land. The dominant species in terms of population are the [[Humans]], with the majority living either in the [[Resolute Kingdoms]] or [[Ubarikahdri]]. The other major species are the [[Dwarves]] and the [[Elves]].

Leurut is across the [[Essea]] from [[Orbrir]], and is approximately three thousand years old in its current state. Some individuals in the realm are older, and remember a time when the continent looked very different, rarely speaking of what transpired to give it its current form.

To the North, the [[Empty Wall]] separates Leurut from the continent [[Maurs]], while [[Kannak]] lies beyond the Southern [[Frozen Wastes]]. Most believe the underworld lies beyond or inside the [[Darikfen]], although the truth is that nobody can say for sure.
