Consider it... your allowance."// **Kasan Kagane** is the Chancellor of the [[Kingdom of Inaze]], who encountered the [[o.p.e.r.a]] in [[Rarte-heim]]. He attempted to use their connections to gain an audience with [[Elder Qelline Alderleaf]], attempting to avoid the oncoming billet of three thousand soldiers from the Kingdom of Inaze. He claims to be from the Dunes of [[Ubarikahdri]], and was clearly marked as an enemy by [[Anma Inaze]]'s elemental companion. He later elaborated, saying that he was exiled to the Dunes by his Esen. When the [[Archbishop]] summoned [[Resotania]]'s subordinate kingdoms to deal with the [[Flamewing Threat]], Chancellor Kagane accompanied Inaze and [[Dragonfall]], using his connections to stay at the [[Dayblade Estate]].
